Invest Southwest Early-bird Deadline August 1st
August 1st is the early-bird deadline for interested companies to submit to the the upcoming Invest Southwest Capital Conference and receive 50% off the application fee.
About Invest Southwest
The Invest Southwest Capital Conference is the premier capital conference in the Southwest. This year’s event boasts 20 years connecting the region’s most promising startups and emerging growth companies with an audience of hundreds of venture investors, entrepreneurs and service professionals. Investors and venture capitalists from all over the globe will gather to see the “Best of the Southwest” present their business plans and investment opportunities. Presenting companies of Invest Southwest have received more than a quarter billion in investment dollars since the inception in 1992.
In November, investors and venture capitalists from across the country will gather at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess in Scottsdale to see the “Best of the Southwest” present their business plans and investment opportunities. The event also includes a nationally recognized keynote speaker, investor seminar, presenting company forum and exhibit booths, and a variety of networking events. For accredited investors only.
How To Apply
Companies wishing to apply to present at the November 2012 Invest Southwest Capital Conference can attend a Get Ready Seminar to learn more about the application process and conference.
Companies interested in applying should be seeking to raise $1M to $10M dollars. A complete application form consists of the following components:
- An application fee. An application fee is required. Application fee information is below. NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS AFTER APPLICATIONS ARE SUBMITTED! Visa, Mastercard and Discover accepted.
- Early Bird Deadline: 5:00 p.m. (AZ Time) on Wednesday, August 1, 2012. The early bird application fee is $100.
- General Deadline: 5:00 p.m. (AZ Time) on Thursday, August 30, 2012. The general application fee is $199.
- A completed application form which includes:
- contact information
- company profile
- product/service summary
- financial information
- management team
- executive summary
- market & strategy summary
- 5-minute video presentation (optional)
Applicants will automatically be redirected to the Gust online program (formerly Angelsoft), which requires you to register or login as an entrepreneur. Follow the instructions after logging in, and complete the application form in Gust. Applicants will receive a confirmation email once completed.
Note: If you are selected to present at the 2012 Invest Southwest Capital Conference, an additional $350 presenter fee will be due. In addition, it is mandatory for the CEO of selected presenting companies to attend Presenting Company Orientation scheduled on Thursday, September 20, 2012.
